Remedies

I. Appeal against the decision of the President of the Office of Electronic Communications

A party dissatisfied with the decision may:

  1. apply, within 14 days from the date of delivery of the decision, to the President of the Office of Electronic Communications requesting a re-examination of the case, or
  2. via the President of the Office of Electronic Communications, within 30 days from the date of delivery of the decision, lodge a complaint to the Voivodeship Administrative Court in Warsaw.

II. Appeal against the resolutions of the President of the Office of Electronic Communications

A party dissatisfied with the resolution (which is subject to complaint) may:

  1. apply, within 7 days from the date of delivery of the resolution, to the President of the Office of Electronic Communications requesting a re-examination of the case, or
  2. via the President of the Office of Electronic Communications, within 30 days from the date of delivery of the resolution, lodge a complaint to the Voivodeship Administrative Court in Warsaw.

A party dissatisfied with the resolution (which is not subject to complaint) may challenge it only together with the decision terminating the proceedings under which the resolution is issued.
